Please understand that LifeTown was created for therapeutic and educational programs to support families who have children with special needs. Being that our staff is limited and focused on helping the children with special needs and their families, our ability to respond to questions is limited. LifeTown is NOT an entertainment center and birthday parties are offered as a community service. While we make every effort that the birthday parties are enjoyable and fun for your child and their friends, please understand that there very well may be other programs happening at LifeTown at the same time. The guidelines below provide important information about using LifeTown for your upcoming event. Party Package We offer a base package that can be modified to suit your needs. Please review the options on our birthday party main page and indicate which package you’d like to purchase along with add ons. Availability Parties can be scheduled ONLY Monday through Thursday and Sunday’s between 2 p.m.-6 p.m. Subject to availability. Venue Access Parents will have access to the reserved area 10 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to the party’s scheduled start time. All party attendees must leave the reserved area no later than 10 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time or an additional fee will automatically be charged ($75 for every additional 15 minutes). Food & Drink Due to dietary restrictions and allergies, guests must only bring in food from approved vendors of LifeTown. No outside food other than approved vendors will be allowed into the facility. Guests are responsible for the order of any food for the event. Our vendors will deliver any food directly to LifeTown the day of the party. All food and drinks must be removed from the reserved area and LifeTown no later than 10 minutes after the party’s scheduled end time. We are a nut free facility. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Liability Should LifeTown property be lost or damaged due to the activities of any of your party’s attendees, you agree to reimburse LifeTown for replacement or repair of said property. Deposit A $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due upon booking your party to secure the date. Cancellation In the event of postponement of the party within 72 hours prior will result in a $100 cancellation fee. The remaining deposit paid may be applied to a new party date, within one year from cancellation date. Postponement after 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the $200 deposit.
