Participants will enjoy recreational sports, games and assist in project and event preparation.

A weekly program that will allow adults to participate in a variety of woodworking, creative art activities, art skills, and culinary preparation while enjoying social time with peers in the community.

Lunch will be made and enjoyed by participants.

A weekly program that will allow adults to participate in the LifeTown Shoppes, help with event and project preparation,  and take part in a game of bowling all while enjoying social time with peers in the community.

All participants need to bring a brown bag lunch to be enjoyed with their friends.
