Fun for the whole family! Play in the gym, experience the sand room and sensory rooms, explore the playground, or create in the art room. *Please note that the LifeTown Shoppes are NOT included. Parents/guardians must remain with their children at all times. Ages 1-12

Join us on Ryan’s Field for football drills, non-contact recreational play, and fun alongside the Livingston Lancers Football Teams. All ages welcome.

Join us for fun in the sun! Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of activities under the guidance of a coach and teen volunteers. Parents/guardians must remain with their children at all times.

A weekly program that will allow young adults to participate in a variety of creative art activities, art skills, and lunch preparation while enjoying time with friends.

Lunch will be made and enjoyed by participants.

Following the fun, participants will be assisting with a variety of goal-oriented projects, gaining practice listening to instructions about how to perform a task, completing the task together as a group, and delivering the finished product to the appropriate location.

This one-of-a-kind weekly program is designed to help participants gain the skills they need to prepare their own dinner, including planning, shopping at LifeTown’s own ShopRite, cooking, and setting and clearing the table.

This one-of-a-kind weekly program guides participants through the steps of preparing their own meal, beginning at LifeTown’s own ShopRite, all the way through making dinner and dessert. Once dinner is in the oven, participants work on an art project and then – most important – get to enjoy the fruits of their labor for dinner!

Join us for pizza dinner followed by fun in the gym led by a sports coach and teenage volunteers. Participants have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of sports.

YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING

Learn how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adolescents ages 12-18.

Learn to celebrate the superpowers that enable teens to triumph in the face of adversity. Discover real life stories of individuals who have overcome obstacles by tapping into their inner strength.

A panel discussion with former top NBA Draft Pick from the NY Knicks and collegiate All-American Mike Sweetney. And international professional baskbetball All-Star and the only known NBA Player with Multiple Sclerosis, Chris Wright.

• Get trained in suicide alertness skills.
• Learn to avoid the common tendency to miss, dismiss, and avoid suicide
• Learn to apply the TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen, and KeepSafe
• Become familiar with community resources and be able to connect someone with suicidal thoughts with necessary help

All materials provided.

No artistic ability or experience is required.

• Acquire the skills you need to identify and help a friend in need

• Learn to apply the TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen, and KeepSafe
• Become a UMatter ambassador

Receive safeTALK certification upon completion.
