One of the most exciting features at LifeTown will be the ZERO-ENTRY POOL…
Friendship Circle families, teen volunteers and supporters left a lasting mark on LifeTown by signing their names, thoughts and well-wishes onto a steel beam that will sit above the main entry of the new building.
Thank you to Sanray Construction and Hollister Construction Services for the miracle of transforming the parking lot into a turf field in 6 weeks!
The steel for the main entrance has been delivered and will be installed this coming week. First, though, we’d love to have you stop by and put your personal signature on the top beam.
The LifeTown renderings are coming to life as the construction gets to the “fun part.” Day-by-day the dream is becoming a reality.
The water table and interactive water play area will keep kids entertained and moving. All the displays and features will include therapeutic components that will be controlled as they push, spin, pull and twirl. The rain cloud will teach them important life-skills in an interactive setting.

Construction at LifeTown is picking up speed as all the exciting rooms are beginning to take shape. The zero-entry pool is dug and the piping for the interactive features are in place. The stud walls are going up throughout the building and the Life Village stores are starting to look real. The steel supports are in place over the entry level and the floor will be going in next week. The foundation has been poured and lower walls are built for the main entrance and the steel will be going up very soon. The corner stone from Jerusalem was placed in the entry wall.
The LifeTown construction site has been buzzing with work on many fronts. The main entrance is taking shape, with the elevator shaft built and the foundation completed for the rest of the structure. The entry level column footings are poured and the steel will be coming soon. The roof is nearly finished, allowing the interior work to become the focus. And last, but surely not least, the pool is dug and the piping will be going in next week and the walls will start taking shape over the coming weeks…get your bathing suits ready!
