Thank you for your interest in holding your function at LifeTown. We appreciate your support and your desire to share this inclusive center with your friends, family and colleagues.
As you review our rental guidelines, please keep in mind that LifeTown is not a catering hall. LifeTown’s purpose is to provide an immersive, experiential space for children, teens and young adults with special needs and that is our priority. Similarly, our staff is focused on the programming at LifeTown, so while they will try to be helpful with your event, they might not have the time to help with the setup and logistics of your event. Please ensure you have adequate outside assistance before, during and after your event.
As our programs are expanding and ongoing, we will only be booking events a few months out, as we cannot guarantee availability of space beyond that point. All rentals are for a specific space within LifeTown and do NOT cover use of the entire building.
Events cannot interfere with any Friendship Circle or LifeTown programs. If you’d like to include FC or LifeTown participants in your simcha, we are happy to discuss ideas and opportunities with you.
Lastly, as LifeTown was created by Friendship Circle, a project of Chabad-Lubavitch, any rentals will need to meet specific Jewish guidelines regarding food, music, dancing and usage. We are happy to help you work within these parameters.
